Can I request for a specific time delivery?
Your orders will be delivered within the preferred timeslot selected, in a 3-4 hours window.
For specific time request, please contact us at +65 8282 2956 before placing your order through the website. Additional fees will incur.
Can I self-collect?
For self collection, kindly contact us before placing your orders.
How will the flowers be presented upon delivery?
Every order comes with a complimentary message card. Make sure to leave a short message before you checkout!
For wrapped bouquets, we will pick the wrapper & ribbon colour most suitable for the arrangement, unless you specifically request for a particular wrapper colour. They will be placed in a bouquet bag to ensure they are kept well, before handing over to the delivery team.
For vase arrangements, they will be fitted in a delivery box to hold the vases well.
What happens if nobody is at the delivery address to receive the flowers?
The delivery driver will usually give a call to the recipient, to ask for consent to leave the flowers outside the unit. For redelivery, additional costs will incur.

I received flowers from you, but how do I take care of them?
For wrapped bouquets - Fresh flowers
Unwrap the bouquet and remove all plastic and cotton. Prepare a vase with clean water, and trim the stems at an angle before placing them into the vase. Avoid displaying under direct sunlight or wind, in a cool environment.
For ceramic vase arrangements - Fresh
Simply display them at your desired corner, avoiddisplaying under direct sunlight or wind and in a cool environment. Change out the water every 1-2 days, and trim the stems at an angle.
For all preserved flowers
They are very low in maintenence and you can place them without caring for it daily. Avoid displaying under direct sunlight or wind and in a cool environment as preserved flowers are also very sensitive to moisture and humidity.
I wish to place an order, will the flowers and arrangement be the exact same as per your product images?
Unless otherwise stated, all arrangements do not guarantee the same flowers to be used as we select flowers daily based on what's in season and what is freshest on the day itself. Flowers used may vary.

Where are your flowers from?
We get our flowers from various suppliers locally, and they come from many different countries across the globe To name some - Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan, China, India, Holland, USA, New Zealand, Africa, Columbia and more.
Can I order your wrapped bouquets to use for my ROM / Actual Day? What's the difference?
No, they are meant for different purposes and have very different arrangement methods. Wrapped bouquets - as they are named, wrapped with a wrapper to present the bouquet in mainly front and top views. Whereas, bridal or rom bouquets are meant to be viewed in all angles. This is why they are priced a lot higher than regular bouquets. A lot more flowers and materials are used, and it requires a certain level of skills to craft a good bridal bouquet. You may ask, "why do they need to be viewed in all angles then?" Well, on your big day you will be photographed and guests are all around you, the flowers should be seen in all angles, rather than a flat back when viewed from the side.
How long can the flowers last?
For fresh flowers, with proper care they lasts 3-5 days as an average. Hardier flowers, and flowers which are less sensitive to temperature may last longer.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
I encountered an error at the payment page, did the order go through?
If the order is made successfully, you should receive an order confirmation. Do check your spam / promotions folder. If you did not receive an email confirmation, but amount has been deducted from your bank account, do reach out to us and we will assist you.
Why can't I place an order on a certain date?
You may place orders up to 4 months in advance, however, if the dates are not available to select it means that we have blocked out those dates due to an event or wedding commitment. We are closed every Monday, exceptions apply during festive or special occasions.
I placed an order but did not receive any confirmation email.
Please do check your spam/promotions folder as they may somehow end up there! If you did not receive any emails upon successful payment, please reach out to us and we will assist you from there.
I placed an order, but I need to make changes to some delivery details.
Sure! However, please make sure to update us at least 3 hours in advance, as we arrange for logistics hours before your preferred time slot.
Can I cancel my order?
For cancellation of orders, do inform us 3 days in advance. Refund will be made to the same payment mode, and will take around 7-10 business days.
I received my order, but they don't look as well as I expected.
As we have stated under "product information" on the product page, we do not guarantee the exact same design, images shown are for reference of colour palette, style and sizing. Unless otherwise stated.
However, if we fall short of your expectations, please do feedback to us! We appreciate all feedbacks, and will be discussing with you on how we can further assist you.
I don't have a credit card. Can I make payment offline?
